Don Toliver Atlanta Concert reviews
Very impersonal
"Since I am not a fan, I had no big expectations for this band when I went to the show with a friend. I knew only a few of their songs, not as a fan, so that may be a reason I was not so into the show.
Passion Pit seemed like they were having a lot more fun than Don Toliver did. They even interacted with the audience. The Don Toliver on the other hand interacted with the audience twice. I thought that was odd since the lead singer is usually the talker, but he seemed as if he could care less that there was an audience. Their stage layout was entertaining. I liked watching the images that would come up. There was a lot of nonviolent suicide and death imagery. Since I am not a fan, I am unsure of why they showed such things. So to me that was odd. They sounded great though. They sound just like their CDs and they can really play music well. I was unimpressed and can say that I am still really not a fan. The drummer seemed like he was having fun but other than that, the band seemed unimpressed with anyone."
